- Dust all surfaces, ceiling fans, and baseboards
- Mop all floors
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs
- Empty all trash
- Clean all mirrors
- Wipe down high traffic areas
- Check sofa beds for dirty linens and replace with clean linens (if provided)
- Test light bulbs.
- Clean and disinfect counters, backsplashes, toilets, tubs, showers, tile walls, and sinks

- Wipe down cabinet fronts

- If more than one load is required, the cost of laundry goes up incrementally with each load because doing multiple loads requires the professional cleaners to stay longer than they normally would
- Empty washer and dryer including lint trap
- Wipe off patio set, clean food off of BBQ grill
- Immediately report any damages, missing items, or if home was left excessively dirty

A turnover cleaning can last anywhere from two to four hours, it really depends on the condition in which the home is left by the guests.
TNAG will restock daily essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, mini travel toiletries, box of tissue in each a bathroom, liquid hand soap. If you require additional items such as pantry or cooking accessories, we can customize a checklist for your property.
Yes, we will wash one set of sheets, towels, and kitchen towels/washcloths.
Our property inspection report includes broken windows, report if the smoke detectors are beeping, broken doors, check for stain on carpets and furniture, report any pest control issues, inspection window treatments, and take photos of each room and patio once the cleaning services are completed.
TNAG will do a walkthrough of the property as soon as we arrive, and if there are any major damages to the property, we will notify you immediately before we start the cleaning.
