Our day porters are trained to report any deficiencies through our own work order system to help the engineering staff address any major deficiencies such as lighting, plumbing and overall aesthetics. We assign an account manager to your property to be in constant communication with the property management staff.

clean, sanitize and disinfect door panels, door handles and knobs; maintain interior and exterior surfaces of lobby glass; dust and organize lobby furniture
clean, sanitize and disinfect interior of elevator walls, ceiling and buttons; remove debris from hallways; sweep and mop all hard surfaces; vacuum hallways
clean, sanitize and disinfect counter tops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets and urinals; empty trash and replace liner, polish all stainless steel fixtures; replenish supplies
clean, sanitize and disinfect counter tops, tabletops and cabinets, refreshment stations, wipe baseboards, wipe clean all glass panels interior and exterior, empty trash & recycle receptacles and replace liners
